Essendon LAC is holding it's annual Cross Country Open Day on Saturday 28th July at the Moonee Valley Athletics Track. Below is the link for the entry form which contains all the details for this event.












This event is a distance running event for athletes in our Under 7 to Under 15 age groups - both boys and girls. Championship Events apply only to the U9-U15 age groups. The 2012 'Invitational Race' is open to U7/U8 registered athletes only- no entries will be accepted for the U6 age group. ** Athletes run as individuals but can make up a team. Team medals are awarded to the first three competitors that cross the finish line; a Centre must have three athletes competing in the same age group and from the same Centre.
